Wonderful hotel, PERFECT views and location is magnificent just off Uber or taxi and downtown and Resturant. It offers spotless and well-designed rooms, and has incredibly nice staff in the proper and guest-friendly manner by the staff. Overall delicious food, plus there is Nobilis Piano Lounge Bar close by.

The room was clean, with a very big bathroom and an excellent wide mirror. The comfortable bed and easy temperature control added to my satisfaction.
The check-in process took longer than expected, affecting initial impressions.

Gorgeous place, I greatly enjoyed competent personnel.
The place was reasonably priced. The hotel had a very central location and it was a short way from Volodymyr Ivasyuk. Moreover, the area was particularly good. I had large and top-class room with coffe or tea, balcony and a pull out sofa.

First, the sound insulation is concerning!!! It's a challenge to find privacy with neighbors' conversations filtering through. The gym facilities are a real letdown, offering minimal equipment in a cramped space!!!

I enjoyed the beautifully decorated room with elegant furnishings. The staff readily assisted with any questions I had. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options each morning. The location was central. I faced some challenges with the heating in my room. It got quite cold at night. There was one morning when the breakfast area felt crowded.

Family with kids would love this place
They have a special touch for families like offering free meals for kids which makes it easier on the wallet. The staff was really helpful when we arrived, they helped park the car and even carried our bags.
It was on the pricier side but you get what you pay for, and I can't complain.
